Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist in Manufacturing, located in Hyderabad. The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating and managing instructional materials, facilitating learning sessions, and using data to enhance training effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with leadership to align employee development initiatives with business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications

5+ years of Experience

  • Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management systems
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design with the ability to create engaging learning materials
  • Strong Communication and Coaching skills for facilitation and employee engagement
  • Experience in assessing training needs and aligning learning strategies with business goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry principles and experience in on-site environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
