What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and market position.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts.
  • Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Facilitate negotiations with partners, stakeholders, and vendors to secure beneficial agreements that support our strategic goals.
  • Implement process improvement strategies to optimize operations and enhance efficiency across all departments.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and positioning.
  • Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Strong management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in operations management or process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects.
  • A strong background in business development with a focus on identifying new market opportunities.
