Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Nashik. The CTO will oversee the technical strategy and architecture of FizMaa, guide software development efforts, and lead the product development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of a seamless user experience. Additional responsibilities include managing IT projects, implementing scalable solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align technological initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development to lead innovative projects and deliver a high-quality platform
  • Strong expertise in Project Management and IT Strategy to oversee technical execution and strategic alignment with business objectives
  • Experience in Architecture and designing scalable systems to ensure platform efficiency and reliability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage technical teams effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership position
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and experience in the event management or marketplace domain is a plus
