
Executive / Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant(Female) to provide administrative support to MD of a company. The ideal candidate should be professional, efficient, and capable of handling both professional and personal tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Be open to doing the personal tasks of the boss.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive's office.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Assist with outside tasks like purchases and household management if required.
Key Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Must have experience of 3-5 years as an personal assistant.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Flexible with work hours and tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
