Client Servicing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and align daily escalated FM pickups from the Franchise Department.

• Liaise with clients and internal Ops teams to arrange and ensure successful pickups.

• Resolve and close escalated pickup cases within 1-2 working days.

• Handle 50+ outbound calls daily to clients and partners to ensure closure of pending pickups.

• Work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to understand client issues and align with the operations team for resolution.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and case resolutions.

• Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and time management.

• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and multi-task under pressure.

• Proficiency in basic tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets (preferred).

• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in any stream Logistics/Operations background preferred but not mandatory.
