Role Description

We are looking for a Part-time Teaching Assistant for our Bengaluru campus. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support educators in implementing lesson plans, assist in classroom management, and provide individualized attention to students to enhance their learning experience. You will also help students with their assignments, reinforce lesson objectives, and foster a positive and supportive classroom environment. This is a collaborative, on-site role where you will work closely with teachers and students on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Assistant Teaching and Working with Children to provide effective classroom support and foster student engagement.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with educators, students, and parents.
  • Knowledge or experience in Any Subject Specialization, Mathematics, Physics , Biology, Chemistry to guide students in their academic growth and problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and positive learning environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred but not required.
