  • Provide academic support, including mentoring and remedial sessions.
  • Use appropriate pedagogy and technology to enhance learning.

B. Assessment & Evaluation

  • Design assignments, quizzes, mid-semesters, and final exams.
  • Evaluate student performance fairly and transparently.
  • Provide timely feedback to students.

C. Curriculum Support

  • Contribute to updating and improving undergraduate course modules.
  • Align course outcomes with programme outcomes and accreditation standards.

D. Student Development

  • Guide students in academic choices and basic research/mini projects.
  • Mentor student clubs, seminars, and competitions.

E. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
  • Maintain course records, attendance, and exam documentation.
  • Assist in organizing academic events (workshops, guest lectures).

F. Professional Development

  • Engage in skill development, faculty training, and conferences.
  • Stay updated with industry/academic trends relevant to undergraduate teaching.

2. MSc Faculty – Roles & Responsibilities. Advanced Teaching & Instruction

  • Deliver advanced-level and specialization courses for postgraduate students.
  • Develop detailed course plans and advanced academic content.
  • Guide students in understanding complex theories and research methodologies.

B. Research & Publications

  • Conduct independent research in specialization areas.
  • Publish research papers in journals/conferences.
  • Encourage students to engage in research and scholarly activities.

C. Project & Thesis Supervision

  • Supervise MSc dissertations, research projects, and internships.
  • Guide students in research topic selection, methodology, and writing.
  • Ensure academic integrity and quality of research outputs.

D. Curriculum Development & Review

  • Lead curriculum design for postgraduate programmed.
  • Introduce latest research findings, technological advancements, and industry trends.
  • Ensure curriculum alignment with national/international standards.

E. Academic & Administrative Leadership

  • Serve on academic committees, boards of studies, and research committees.
  • Lead departmental initiatives, workshops, and conferences.
  • Assist in accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, etc.).

F. Industry/Research Collaboration

  • Build partnerships with industry, research labs, and universities.
  • Secure research grants, collaborations, and internships for students.

G. Professional Growth

  • Attend advanced workshops, national/international conferences.
  • Participate in funded research projects and professional networks.
