In this role, youll be the lead architect on high-value, complex projects across multiple countries. Youll combine technical expertise with business understanding to design solutions that drive success for our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing innovative, repeatable solution architectures that meet customer needs and deliver measurable results.
• Leading technical and business discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Mentoring and supporting teammates, helping raise the bar for the whole solutions architecture team.
• Providing expert advice on emerging technologies and influencing BTs long-term strategy.
• Producing strong technical proposals, scope of work documents, and identifying potential risks or gaps.
• Acting as a trusted technical authority on solution governance and design.

Were seeking someone who is not only technically skilled but also collaborative, curious, and customer focused. Ideally, you have: Strong knowledge in at least one of these areas:

• Network Solutions: DC Technologies, LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Meraki.
• Voice & Collaboration Solutions: Webex Calling, Webex CC, Zoom, OCM, Genesys Cloud CC, Avaya CC, Contact Center Applications.

Ability to design solutions that fit within enterprise architecture, ensuring integration and scalability.
Experience leading bids, writing proposals, and presenting solutions to customers.
A problem-solving mindsetable to spot risks early and propose effective solutions.
Clear communication skillsyou can explain complex ideas in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical people.
