Purpose of the position

O(a) Especialista de RH ser responsvel pelas atividades dirias de recursos humanos e por fornecer suporte aos lderes e organizao. Especificamente, garantir a execuo da agenda e do escopo da nossa Estratgia de Pessoas e processos, tais como: reviso salarial, folha de pagamento, relaes com funcionrios, recrutamento, integrao de novos colaboradores, reteno de talentos, desligamentos, mobilidade global, desenvolvimento de talentos, aprendizagem e desenvolvimento, e gesto de desempenho.

Essa posio ter trabalho presencial em Santo Antnio da Patrulha - RS.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • O(a) Especialista de RH fornece suporte local e orientao para as unidades da Hiab, alm de apoiar os gestores em temas locais de RH.
  • Processos de Pessoas: Garantir processos de RH eficientes ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do colaborador, bem como as aes do calendrio anual de RH.
  • Administrao: gesto do controle de jornada, envio de informaes e conferncia de folha de pagamento, gesto de benefcios e pagamentos da rea.
  • Recrutamento: Conduzir o processo de recrutamento, incluindo Proposta de Valor ao Empregado (EVP) e atividades de marca empregadora, coordenao de parceiros locais, entrevistas e treinamentos relacionados.
  • Integrao e Desligamento: Conduzir procedimentos locais de onboarding e desligamento.
  • Aprendizado e Desenvolvimento: Implementar atividades de treinamento locais e apoiar iniciativas globais de treinamento.
  • Comunicao: Gerenciar a comunicao de RH local conforme necessrio, alinhando a agenda de comunicao s diretrizes globais de comunicao de RH.
  • Dados e Analytics: Apoiar na garantia da preciso dos dados nos sistemas de RH. Atuar como ponto de contato com autoridades em relao a diferentes demandas de relatrios.
What youll need to succeed
  • Formao: Superior completo em Administrao, Psicologia, Gesto de RH, ou reas afins.
  • Experincia: Experincia como generalista de RH com slidos conhecimentos de legislao trabalhista local.
  • Ingls: Avanado.
