The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics network, ensuring efficient, innovative and cost-effective distribution of medical devices. This role requires a critical & strategic thinker with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

• Develop and implement innovative and competitive logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage and optimize the logistics network, including consigned products at customers, main distribution center plus branches and distributors
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, quality systems and medical devices standards
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with overall business goals
• Build and manage logistics budgets and control costs
• Implement and maintain best practices in logistics and supply chain management exploring AI tools

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry
• Proven experience in managing logistics networks and optimizing supply chain processes with a variety of Distribution Centers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., WMS, SAP, track & trace)
• Experience with regulated products and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Intermediate English; Spanish is desirable
