Lords is Looking for Automobile (EV) Sales manages sales operations within a specific geographical area. They are responsible for developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and leading sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Sales targets: Set and achieve sales goals (As per Business plan share by Candidate) for the dealer ship.
  • Sales strategies: Develop sales strategies to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Market trends: Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Customer service: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Sales data: Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Communication: Communicate with other departments to ensure the sales team is adequately resourced
  • Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Sales campaigns: Develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
  • Reporting on Dealer performance, market Shares, Market information, sales forecast
  • Willing to travel in all location as given by their reporting person.
  • Able to work on Target basis.
