Responsibilities
- Sales targets: Set and achieve sales goals (As per Business plan share by Candidate) for the dealer ship.
- Sales strategies: Develop sales strategies to maintain customer satisfaction
- Market trends: Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Customer service: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Sales data: Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Communication: Communicate with other departments to ensure the sales team is adequately resourced
- Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Sales campaigns: Develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
