Role Overview:

KAC Ventures is seeking a dynamic and results-driven BPO Team Leader to lead and manage a team of tele callers working for leading telecommunication companies like Etisalat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and team management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Management:

o Supervise, mentor, and motivate tele callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.

o Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

· Target Achievement:

o Strategize and implement effective plans to meet sales and marketing goals under pressure.

o Ensure team members meet individual and collective performance metrics.

· Communication & Training:

o Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share updates, and motivate the team.

o Train team members in product knowledge, customer handling, and effective sales techniques.

· Operational Oversight:

o Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving issues promptly.

o Prepare and present performance reports to management.

· Customer Focus:

o Ensure excellent customer experience while addressing queries and concerns efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: 2+ years in sales, marketing, or team management in a BPO/telecommunications setting.

· Skills:

o Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

o Target-driven mind-set with the ability to perform under pressure.

o Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.

o Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management.

o Ms excel proficiency is preferred
