**Job Description: BPO Team Leader**

**Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM**

**Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on Experience)**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate tele callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Strategize and implement effective plans to meet sales and marketing goals under pressure.
- Ensure team members meet individual and collective performance metrics.
- **Communication & Training**:

- Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share updates, and motivate the team.
- Train team members in product knowledge, customer handling, and effective sales techniques.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Ensure excellent customer experience while addressing queries and concerns efficiently.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales, marketing, or team management in a BPO/telecommunications setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Target-driven mind-set with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ms excel proficiency is preferred
