Job Summary

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support the Global Supply Chain function by extracting, analysing, and preparing accurate and timely reports using ERP (primary system before MSS transitions to D365). This reporting-focused role provides critical visibility across inventory, ageing, procurement, logistics, and customer fulfilment for MSS India, UK, Poland, France, and USA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Extraction & Validation (Using ERP)


• Extract all supply chain data primarily from ERP.


• Clean, validate, and correct data to ensure standardised global reporting.


• Prepare datasets for future transition into D365-based reporting.

2. Global Supply Chain Reporting (Primary Function)

Prepare, maintain, and enhance key weekly and monthly reports including:

Inventory & Stock Reports


• Ageing Stock Report (Primary Responsibility) – RM, WIP, FG by


• Stock ABC Analysis Report.


• Slow-Moving & Obsolete Stock (SLOB) Report.


• Inventory Stock Position & Coverage Reports.


• Days on Hand (DOH) Report.


• Material Stock-Out Report.

Logistics & Movement Reports


• Goods in Transit (GIT) Report – tracking India to global warehouses.


• Freight forwarder performance and inbound/outbound shipment visibility.

Customer & Supplier Performance Reports


• Customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) Report.


• Customer Past-Due Report.


• Supplier On-Time Delivery (Supplier OTIF) Report.


• Supplier Past-Due Report.


• Sales Order Book Report

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Statistics, or Business.


• minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain reporting/analytics.


• Strong Microsoft Excel skills


• Experience with  ERP or similar systems.


• High accuracy, data integrity, and structured thinking.

• Strong analytical and numerical capability.


• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.


• Clear and effective communicator.


• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.


• Proactive and able to collaborate across multiple time zones.

Working Conditions


• Based at MSS India factory in Nashik plant with daily interaction with global teams.

Factory works for 6 days / week ( Sunday to Friday).


• Standard working hours with flexibility for peak reporting periods.

Primary system: ERP, transitioning to D365.
