As part of the Supply Chain team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production planning, accurate inventory flow, and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp and proactive Production Planning Executive to manage the full production cycle — from planning to dispatch. You'll own production schedules, ensure accurate GRN reconciliation, keep COGS updated, and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders for efficient inventory movement across warehouses.

What You'll Do:

  • Production Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and maintain monthly and weekly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory health.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely production and dispatches.
  • Track production progress, flag delays, and drive issue resolution to keep timelines on track.
  • GRN Reconciliation & COGS Updation
  • Reconcile GRNs against production and purchase orders.
  • Ensure accuracy of inward material data and resolve any mismatches.
  • Update and validate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) regularly to reflect true product costing.
  • Collaborate with finance for month-end reconciliations and reporting.
  • Inventory & Distribution Management
  • Plan inventory distribution across multiple warehouses to maintain healthy stock levels and serviceability.
  • Work closely with 3PL partners for smooth inward, dispatch, and stock movement.
  • Monitor and report stock aging, availability, and replenishment needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Liaise with procurement, finance, marketing, and operations teams to align production with launches, promotions, and demand plans.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate records and dashboards.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in FMCG, skincare, or beauty brands.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP tools (Zoho, SAP, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
