Job Description Key Responsibilities End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Lead supply chain operations across demand & supply planning, production scheduling, procurement, warehousing, imports, exports, and logistics — ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence. Regional S&OP Ownership: Drive the S&OP process across India, ME, and Africa by aligning commercial, finance, and supply teams for accurate forecasting and seamless demand-supply balance. Operational Excellence & Resilience: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agility, risk mitigation, and long-term business continuity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to execute aligned supply chain strategies that enable growth and customer success. Team Leadership & Capability Building: Build and lead a high-performing team that embodies accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while developing future supply chain leaders. Performance & Reporting: Track and analyze key KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to senior management. What You’ll Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Operations, Logistics, or Strategy preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, and S&OP . Exposure to FMCG, food, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries. APICS/CPIM certification preferred. Experience with SAP or advanced planning systems . Skills & Competencies Strong strategic acumen to align supply chain objectives with business goals. Deep expertise in S&OP, demand forecasting, and supply planning . Proven ability to lead in matrixed, cross-regional environments . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage across diverse teams and geographies. Demonstrated leadership in driving change, innovation, and talent development .
