Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Support Executive to manage and respond to business emails, follow up with users, and support lead tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and a keen ability to perform internet-based research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily email communication with buyers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Draft, send, and follow up on emails to ensure timely responses and resolution.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel/Sheets.
  • Assist the sales and operations teams in tracking email interactions and inquiries.
  • Conduct research using Google and online platforms to find company or user details.
  • Support in organizing email templates, responses, and campaign logs.
  • Coordinate internally to escalate user queries and ensure follow-up is completed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email handling, customer support, or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word) and Outlook.
  • Good internet research skills (Google search, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and handle follow-ups diligently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international trade or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
