Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior-level IVF Sales Executive/Sr Executive/Area Sales Manager for a full-time role at Seeds of Innocens. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience and is based in Kanpur, Gurgaon, North Delhi, and Ranchi. Candidates will be responsible for driving sales efforts and expanding our reach in these regions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven IVF Sales experience is mandatory for ensuring effective sales strategy in niche healthcare services.
- Demonstrated expertise in Doctor sales, enabling strong partnerships with healthcare professionals. (Mandatory skill)
- Thorough understanding of Obstetrics and Gynecology practices to support sales initiatives. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in B2B Sales, adept at building long-term, fruitful relationships with other businesses in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert potential sales leads efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with medical professionals and team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets.
- Ability to travel within assigned regions to meet with clients and attend company meetings when required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for growth in assigned regions including Kanpur, Gurgaon, North Delhi, and Ranchi.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the infertility and IVF sector.
- Engage with doctors and healthcare professionals to promote the services of Seeds of Innocens.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients while reaching out to potential partners.
- Conduct market analysis to understand client needs and create tailored sales pitches to meet these requirements.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management, outlining achievements and areas for growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving their concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and support to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
