Position Title: SailPoint Developer (with Java Expertise)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong Java development skills to design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Java-based customizations, and integration development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configurations, workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Develop custom SailPoint connectors using Java and APIs for system integrations.
  • Configure lifecycle events, certifications, provisioning workflows, and role management.
  • Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, databases, cloud apps, and third-party systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of SailPoint components.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and code reviews.
  • Develop and maintain custom REST/SOAP APIs for identity data exchange.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth IAM operations.
  • Support SailPoint upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Java / J2EE, REST APIs, and XML/XSLT.
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ components – provisioning, workflows, rules, tasks, connectors, certifications, and policies.
  • Knowledge of directory services (LDAP/Active Directory), databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), and SAML/OAuth/OpenID.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity platforms (AWS, Azure AD, Okta) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification.
  • Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) frameworks.
  • Exposure to IAM migration projects or multi-application integrations.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
