**Job Title: SailPoint Architect**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Solution Design and Architecture**
- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions for identity lifecycle management, access request, governance, and certification processes.
- Develop comprehensive IAM strategies and roadmaps to align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

**Implementation and Customization**
- Configure and customize SailPoint solutions, including writing workflows, rules, and scripts using BeanShell or similar technologies.
- Optimize and automate identity processes, focusing on scalability, performance, and efficiency.
- Designed integration between Workday, Fieldglass, AD/Azure, and SailPoint, establishing authoritative identity sources and data synchronization processes.
- Designed roles with automation for assignment and removal, validated through testing, and deployed with clear SOPs for ongoing management.
- Implemented automated workflows for provisioning and de-provisioning access, integrated with Workday, SNOW, AD/Azure, and Fieldglass, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

**Leadership and Collaboration**
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, administrators, and junior architects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to identify and prioritize IAM requirements.

**Governance and Compliance**
- Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.) and industry standards.
- Define and enforce governance policies for role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
- Perform security assessments and audits of IAM systems and implement remediation plans.

**Support and Maintenance**
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex issues related to SailPoint solutions.
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, ensuring high availability.
- Provide ongoing support for upgrades, patches, and new deployments.

**Qualifications**

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **9+ years** of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least **3+ years** focused on SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
- Expertise in SailPoint components such as Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Role Management, and Access Certification.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (BeanShell, JavaScript, or PowerShell).
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, such as provisioning, access reviews, role modeling, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and password management.
- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO/MFA solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of protocols like REST, SOAP, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions like Azure AD, Okta, or Ping Identity.
- Knowledge of IAM-related frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Background in DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipeline integration with SailPoint.
- Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, CISSP, or CISM.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership experience in delivering enterprise-scale IAM projects.

**Location : Remote 100% | Options to avail : Chennai or Hyderabad**

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From ₹600.00 per hour
