Position Overvi**

ewYou lead a high-performing engineering team that powers a fast-growing healthcare SaaS platform. You own backend architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and data persistence that drive mission-critical tools for dental practices worldwide. Your work enables faster releases, higher reliability, and measurable performance gains across the product suit

  • ts.You optimize runtime with Redis caching and Nginx reverse proxy to improve throughput, latency, and securi
  • ty.You collaborate with product and operations teams to translate requirements into actionable technical pla

  • ows.Practical knowledge of Redis caching strategies, eviction patterns, and secure high-throughput proxying with Ng
