We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in the Pharma or Medical Equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand the companys presence in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote and demonstrate medical equipment or pharmaceutical products to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales reports regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to product promotion and sales.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience years) in sales and marketing within the pharma or medical equipment sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Good understanding of medical equipment and pharmaceutical products.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
