Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to track and maintain the daily operations checklist of our restaurant. The role is simple: prepare checklists, verify completion, and report directly to the owner/manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and circulate daily checklists for restaurant operations (kitchen prep, cleaning, service, billing, closing).
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time by staff.
  • Mark tasks as Done / Pending and escalate delays immediately.
  • Share an end-of-day status report with the owner via WhatsApp/Google Sheet.
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly process tracking sheets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
  • Freshers can also apply if they are responsible and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule

  • 6 days a week
  • 11 am - 8pm

Salary

  • ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)
  • ₹1,000 Incentive if work followed properly
  • Performance-based increment after 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
