- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Provide information about products/services offered by the company.
- Handle inquiries and address concerns effectively.
- Counsel potential clients/customers regarding available services/products.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or counseling is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
