  • Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound collection calls in preferred regional language.
  • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.

  • Follow compliance guidelines and maintain professionalism during all interactions.
  • Coordinate with the internal recovery and accounts team as needed.
  • Meet daily/weekly collection targets.
