Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end business analysis for mobile application development projects, from discovery through delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications tailored for mobile platforms (iOS, Android).

Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed features and changes.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design and seamless user experience.

Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.

Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and support UAT and release planning.

Identify and mitigate risks related to business requirements and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices.

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, app store guidelines, and mobile UX principles.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and wireframing/prototyping tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,300,000.00 per year
