The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle EBS System and other sub-systems in the Finance/Mfg. Costing functions.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager Business Applications and is part of the IT Oracle EBS team and will be an on-site role Bangalore OR remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate application or configuration solutions.
• Solicits, develops, documents, and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business processes to support the requirements throughout the project lifecycle up to and through change control.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data, and troubleshooting require an in-depth evaluation. Works with the third-party vendors to report the issues, apply the resolution, and support the systems as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Requires an undergraduate degree with 9 years of relevant experience or a Graduate degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
• 7 years of experience in maintaining and supporting Oracle EBS system R12.2 and related sub-systems in the Finance/Mfg. Costing functions.
• 5 years of Business Analyst (or equivalent) experience.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel 10 PERCENT

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Techno functional experience in Finance and Mfg. Costing - 80 PERCENT functional and 20 PERCENT technical
• Highly desired to have PMP certification or Equivalent
• Experience in the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud ERP systems (Finance and Mfg. Costing)
