We're Hiring: Go Developer – Fintech / Payments Platform

Job Location : Bangalore , India

We're looking for a Go Developer who enjoys working on high-performance systems that handle real-world financial transactions. If you like ownership, solving hard engineering problems, and seeing your code go live in production, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  1. Build and optimize Go-based microservices (REST/gRPC) that process payments and transactions at scale.

  2. Work with message queues and pub-sub systems like NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or GCP Pub/Sub.

  3. Implement proven reliability patterns — Outbox, retries, idempotency keys, DLQs, and circuit breakers.

  4. Design efficient database schemas and access layers across MySQL/PostgreSQL and Redis.

  5. Tune query performance, manage indexes, and squeeze out every millisecond of latency.

  6. Add observability structured logs, metrics, and traces with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.

  7. Containerize and deploy using Docker and Kubernetes, with CI/CD via GitLab.

What You Bring

  1. 1–3 years of hands-on Go experience goroutines, channels, context, and sync are second nature to you.

  2. Solid understanding of HTTP/JSON or gRPC, middleware, timeouts, and idempotency.

  3. Experience with at least one message broker and handling at-least-once delivery.

  4. Strong SQL and Redis fundamentals: query tuning, indexing, caching, and connection management.

  5. Working knowledge of the Outbox pattern and containerized deployments.

Bonus Points

  1. Familiar with Kafka fundamentals or NATS JetStream.

Experience with Kubernetes (HPA, Helm) and observability tools (Jaeger, Prometheus).

  1. Understanding of API security (TLS/mTLS, JWT/OAuth2).

  2. Prior exposure to the Fintech or payments domain is a huge plus.
