We have a Job Opening for Specialist Software Engineer Genesys in Banking Based Product Company at Bangalore.
Requirement Details:
- Location: Bangalore
- Designation: Specialist Software Engineer - Genesys
- Experience: 3.5 to 7 Years
- All version related Genesis ENGAGE are fine
- Expected Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Responsibilities:
- To develop routing strategies by creating application modules based on the Genesys software development framework, or use the associated programming language.
- To develop dashboards with the tool provided by the Genesys software.
- To configure the components of the Genesys software.
- To develop specific modules in Java, interacting with the components of the software.
- To implement the necessary monitoring and analysis tools.
- To ensure proper adherence to SG standards.
- To ensure level 3 support for applications in case of incidents related to those applications.
- To support the other teams within the scope.
Genesis SaaS version (cloud version) is very different from Genesys ENGAGE (on prem version), so we only need ENGAGE version
