Internship Profiles
1. Customer Support Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chats.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and feedback logs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth query resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Freshers preferred.

2. E-Commerce Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in product listings, pricing updates, and inventory management.
  • Manage product catalogs on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Support digital promotions and campaign tracking.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (training will be provided).
  • Freshers preferred.
