Head – Student Counsellor
is responsible for leading the institution's mental health and wellbeing programs, overseeing the counselling team, and providing direct psychological support to students. This role combines leadership, clinical expertise, and program development to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes emotional resilience, academic success, and personal growth.

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the team of counsellors
  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, academic pressure, relationship issues, and other emotional concerns.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and design appropriate intervention or referral plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions.
  • Monitor trends in student wellbeing and provide regular reports and recommendations to management
