Job Summary

The Assistant Branch Manager will drive sales performance at the branch level, lead a team, and ensure achievement of affordable home loan targets. This position demands leadership, team management skills, and prior BFSI experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers.
  • Drive the team to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
Business Development
  • Plan and execute branch-level sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain high-value customer and dealer relationships.
Product Promotion
  • Ensure effective marketing activities in the branch territory.
Market Analysis
  • Monitor competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales plans.
Branch Operations Support
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections for smooth loan processing.
Requirement :

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).

Experience: 2–6 years, with a minimum of 1.5 years in BFSI sales (mandatory).

Age: Less than 27 years.

Location Preference: Must reside within a 10 km radius of the assigned location.

Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
