Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant will assist the accounts department in handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the senior team in preparing reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP software
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
  • Support in monthly and yearly financial closings
  • Ensure all accounting files and documents are properly organized
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data and approvals
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the senior accountant

Key Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / Excel
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
