**Job Summary**

The Panel Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing sales of **electrical/control panels** and related **automation products** to OEMs, system integrators, and end-users in the manufacturing and process industries. The role requires strong technical knowledge combined with sales acumen to offer appropriate solutions, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets.


**Key Responsibilities**

* **Sales & Business Development**

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for panel products and automation solutions.

* Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, exhibitions, referrals, and online sources.

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients (OEMs, integrators, consultants).

* **Technical Consultation**

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable panel configurations, automation components, and solutions.

* Provide technical presentations and product demos to customers.

* Coordinate with design/engineering teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations.

* **Quotation & Negotiation**

* Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with internal teams.

* Negotiate pricing, delivery, and commercial terms with clients.

* Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

* **Project Coordination**

* Liaise between customer and internal teams during project execution.

* Ensure timely delivery, installation (if applicable), and after-sales support.

* **Market Intelligence**

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

* Provide feedback to management for product and strategy development.


**Qualifications & Experience**

* **Education**: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering

* **Experience**: 2–5 years in technical sales, preferably in:

* Control Panels (LT Panels, MCC, PLC Panels, etc.)

* Industrial Automation (PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, Sensors)

* Mechanical and electro-mechanical components (as applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
