Office Executive

- Apply for relevant tenders, manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) applications, and prepare competitive quotations for submission to clients and government departments.
- Ensure high-quality communication in English—both written and spoken—for all correspondence, tender documentation, and negotiation with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate fluency in computer operations, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet browsing, and working with government and private procurement portals.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to confidently interact, negotiate, and build relationships with companies, vendors, and procurement officials.
- Maintain and update tender trackers, documentation databases, and follow up regularly on tender statuses and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of documents and necessary compliance requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated on sector-specific portals and government procurement guidelines.
- Manage and organize digital and physical records related to tenders, quotations, vendor registrations, and all compliance-related paperwork.
- Support management by preparing periodic reports on bidding activity, tender win/loss ratios, and suggestions for improvement.
- Perform any other office executive duties as assigned, ensuring smooth business and procurement operations.
