Role & responsibilities:

  • Managing the treatment process at ETPs/CETPs/ZLD to meet treated water norms on a continuous basis
  • Review present process and operating systems and take steps to de-bottleneck plant operations wherever possible.
  • Liaison with PCB/Client/Consultants
  • Quality control
  • Troubleshooting in the process and maintain clean and safe plant.
  • Supervise and execute various project works.
  • Maintaining in all process critical checks during continuous operation and work for any deviation and abnormality.
  • Co-ordination with head office.
  • Should have worked on Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) & Boiler
  • Participate to the technological transfer of various established or emerging technologies within organization, particularly in the strategic sector of wastewater.
  • Responsible for generating revenue and timely collection of payment from member industries. Plant should be self-sustained commercially.
  • Achieving treated water quality within norms on a continuous basis.
  • Rationalize use of chemicals
  • Optimize treatment costs
  • Operations of MEE Plant

Good Knowledge of Water chemistry/environment

Preferred candidate profile :

1) Diploma Engineer/Graduate

Around 10+ years experience in ETPs/CETPs/ZLDs with emphasis on biological treatment process .

2) Water/Wastewater treatment professionals from ETPs/CETPs/ZLDs connected with tanneries textile units, Breweries, Pharmaceuticals etc.
