Sr Manager & AVP - Reinsurance Marketing We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager & AVP - Reinsurance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Reinsurance Marketing, excellent client handling skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and present to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective reinsurance marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.Prepare and present marketing reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Utilize MS Excel and MS Office to analyze data, create reports, and develop marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Reinsurance Marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of reinsurance products and services.
  • Excellent client handling and communication skills.Ability to effectively present to clients and senior management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
