  • Program Support & Client Success:o Offer continuous support to candidates/students throughout their engagement with MentorKart, addressing any concerns or challenges.o Notify users about upcoming interviews, events, sessions, and new course offerings.o Provide post-enrollment assistance, ensuring candidates/students derive maximum value from our programs.
  • Career Readiness Training:o Guide candidates/students in crafting compelling resumes and cover letters.o Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to enhance interview performance.o Share effective job search strategies and networking techniques to improve employment outcomes.QualificationsSkills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career ManagementExperience in Student (Graduate) career Counseling (1-3 Years)Excellent Communication skills

Ability to empathize and build relationships with Students and ProfessionalsPrevious experience in career counseling or related fields is beneficial

Bachelor's degree

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
