Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end documentation process for immigration cases, ensuring all files are meticulously organized and up to date.
• Manage ancillary processes, including gathering supporting documents and coordinating with clients and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to immigration.
• Develop and implement remittance strategies to facilitate smooth financial transactions during immigration processes.
• Draft detailed and accurate source of funds documents for client submissions.
• Complete and submit petition forms, ensuring they are compliant with immigration rules and guidelines.
• Proofread documents, petitions, and drafts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and changes to provide accurate guidance to clients.
