Job Description

Recruitment: Actively source entry level/ Junior/ Middle-Level profiles and Coordinate with functional heads to complete the selection process and closed positions.

HR Operations - Pre & Post Joining: Rolling out offer letter and Appointment letters to new joiners, Issuing letters, maintaining personal file and folders.

Induction: Arranging for the Induction of new joiners.

Joining Formalities: Documentation of joining forms, Send intimation about the joiners to the concerned departments, processing of PF nomination, sending intimation for e-mail id creation.

Confirmation: Maintaining the Probation Database, Processing the confirmation of employees, Maintaining the Probation Extension Database and follow-up.

Performance Appraisal: Acting as a link between employees of support vertical and the managers to get the appraisal completed, preparing the data and helping the Manager- HR to come out with the conclusive report.

MIS: Maintenance of employee database, attrition report and records.

Other Activities: Handling employee queries on policies, procedures and processes on a day-to-day basis.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 3 -7 years of experience in HR organization and related processes

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint application skills, ideally Think Cell

Analytical Thinking and Decisive Judgment - analyzing issues and problems

Business acumen - able to connect business strategy with relevant HR goals and define/support with KPI discussion

Fluent in writing, speaking, reading in English with pleasing personality.

Data management and detail oriented
