  • Job Description:

    The Electrical/ MEP/ HVAC Project Engineer will be responsible for the overall execution, planning, coordination, and successful completion of Electrical/ MEP/ HVAC projects across various locations in India (prefer -Pune). The role includes managing site activities, handling project timelines, overseeing execution teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely project delivery along with payment collection follow-ups.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise end-to-end Electrical/ MEP/ HVAC project execution on-site
  • Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Ensure quality control, compliance with technical standards, and safety protocols
  • Attend client meetings, handle communication, and manage expectations
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning ofElectrical/ MEP/ HVAC systems
  • Handle project documentation, billing, and follow-up for payment collections
  • Provide technical support and resolve any on-site issues

  • Ensure project completion within timeline and budget

  • Minimum Qualification / Additional Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical)

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical)

  • Additional certifications in HVAC systems or project management (optional but preferred)

  • Experience:

    2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Electrical/ MEP/ HVAC project execution and management

  • Age Preference:

    30 to 40 years preferred

  • Preferred Industry Preference:

  • Electrical/ MEP/ HVAC Contracting
