Position Description Business Division CSM Agchem Department Engineering Projects Location Panoli Pn-01 Position Title Assistant Senior Officer - Electrical Level Junior Management Reporting To Junior Staff Position Purpose The Position will work across a variety of Business environments being directly involved in Engineering Execution product development implementing Process updates for International Contract Manufacturing Partners The person will Analyze plan execute and perform Electrical Project activities related to Consolidating Inputs form engineering documents implementation of site Safety standards Coordinating with Contractors Preparing area wise Tracker Project Updates preparing basic details like Load List Feeder allocation details reviewing preparing control wiring schematics cable tray cable scheduling related grass root activities for Electrical execution Strategic Responsibilities To assist coordinate with suggestion mainly on electrical installations related to LV HV areas Motors Panel activities related to Cable tray Cable scheduling Operational Responsibilities Support Project activities for Green Brown field Projects Provide Quality Assurance for Project related activities Monitoring ensuring completion of Project Activities as per Project schedule Updating Project Progress on required basis Calculation of BOM from Engineering documents Validating Measurements As built drawings post Project Completion Raising Service Bills Validating invoices Raising PRs on SAP systems other SAP related activities Able to work on electrical panels Compressors Chillers Drive etc Driving Safety Initiative in the Project areas Responsible for Inventory management Material Inwarding Out warding physical stock checks etc Raising PR follow up with purchase department daily monitoring of SAP notification assign Order Financial Responsibilities Assistance in Preparation of Budget Capex for Small Brown field Projects People Responsibilities Provide on Job guidance to contractors as per laid out norms to enhance skills and knowledge of self colleagues Education Qualification Diploma in Electrical Engineering Work Experience 04-08 years Industry to be Hired from chemicals Pharma FMCG Functional Competencies Knowledge of Project Documentation Electrical standards Ability to handle day to day site execution activities by coordinating with Contractors Project maintenance functions Good Technical knowledge of Electrical systems installation Commissioning handover Interaction Complexity and Team Work Interaction Frequency Purpose of Interaction DGM-Engineering Projects Production Purchase Manager - Maintenance Electrical Instrumentation HSE HR Production Supervisors - As when required Technical administrative External
