We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Automation Test Lead

with 6+ years of relevant experience in both
manual and automation testing

to join our dynamic team in
Pune, Maharashtra

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital agency environments, a solid understanding of code, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in working as a QA in a digital agency environment
  • Have experience with
    manual/automation testing
    on multiple projects
  • Understand code and know how to work with it (
    C#/PHP/JavaScript
    )
  • Have experience in collaboration tools such as
    JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket
  • Can collaborate with mixed scrum teams with clients and know how to give the right advice on testing matters
  • Have knowledge on one or more of the following methods:
    design checking, functional checking, exploratory testing, regression testing and security/load testing
  • Have good communication skills and enjoy working with people
  • Can advise our project managers about testing strategy
