Who You Are
Experienced QA professional with leadership in automation using Selenium Web Driver and Java Analytical, collaborative, and skilled in mentoring junior team members.

Your Role

  • Lead Automation Efforts : Design and implement robust test automation frameworks with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
  • Implement BDD Principles : Apply BDD principles for efficient collaboration between teams.
  • Enhance Test Coverage : Develop comprehensive automated test suites for software validation.
  • Collaborate Effectively : Communicate closely with cross-functional teams for product quality.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members : Provide guidance and mentorship within the automation domain.

Desired Technical Competencies & Skills

  • Automation Mastery : Extensive experience with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
  • Karate Framework (Desired) : API automation experience with Karate framework is a plus.
  • BDD Principles (Desired) : Familiarity with BDD principles and frameworks like Cucumber

or Spec Flow.

  • Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving ability in complex systems.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Independent and Team Player : Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
