Job Title: Test Lead (Team Lead for Test Ops Team)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Test Ops team and oversee all testing activities for the migration project.
  • Define the testing strategy, scope, and timelines for the project.
  • Define and implement Migration Validation Strategy
  • Ensure that all test cases are automated wherever possible.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
  • Monitor the progress of testing activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Extensive experience in testing and automation for large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of risk-based testing and prioritization.
  • Experience in migration projects (e.g., vSphere to OpenShift) is a plus.

  • Testing Tools: Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework, JMeter, Locust, Postman.
  • Automation Tools: OpenShift CLI (oc), Ansible, Terraform.
  • Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenShift Monitoring.
  • Security Tools: Trivy, Clair, Aqua Security, OWASP ZAP.
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Version Control: Git.
  • Programming Languages: Python, Java, Go, Shell Scripting.
