We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Lead Automation to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and leading QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end test automation strategy, planning, and execution for complex software applications.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalent.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
  • Manage test teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
  • Prepare test reports, dashboards, and metrics for project stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve test efficiency through innovation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 610 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in test automation leadership.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Java/Python, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in API automation using tools like Rest Assured or Postman.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based testing and containerized environments (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to performance and security testing tools.
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
