- Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing background checks, facilitating new hire orientation, and handling exit interviews.
- Employee Relations: Investigating and resolving complaints, managing conflicts, addressing attendance issues, and handling counseling.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing, managing employee benefits enrollment
- Policy & Compliance: Implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, updating employee manuals, and managing I-9 verifications.
- Performance Management: Supporting performance evaluation processes, tracking completion, and assisting with feedback.
- HR Operations: Maintaining employee records (digital/physical), preparing HR reports (MIS), managing HRIS data, and handling documentation (offer letters, warnings).
- Training & Development: Coordinating training sessions and helping develop new programs.
- Employee Engagement: Organizing events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
