About the Role:
This role rests within the Central Planning and Analytics, part of the Marketing function of Myntra.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role will provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various marketing channels, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website analytics; own and manage all aspects of insights & reporting for Performance Marketing .
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and strategy development.
- Ownership of attribution logic and reporting for easy consumption of insights for senior and middle management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all marketing analytics processes.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for math and technical skill.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst or marketing analytics role in the E-Commerce domain would be preferred.
- Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL & basic Python.
- Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and data visualization platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- B Tech/BE/ Msc or equivalent from a reputed college
