
Business Development Executive

Job Description:
- Identify and onboard B2B channel partners including individuals, gyms, wellness centers, and other healthcare affiliates to drive referrals and scan/test bookings.
- Plan and execute B2C marketing activities across residential communities (RWAs) using impactful marketing materials to boost awareness and conversions.
- Drive on-ground marketing initiatives (BTL) targeting specific customer segments to grow our user base in key areas.
- Take full ownership of conversion metrics and ROI from offline marketing campaigns.
- Build strong community-level brand presence and grow patient acquisition through consistent, high-impact outreach.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets as per business goals.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and the local language.
- Prior experience with BTL activities and RWA marketing is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on-ground across different locations.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a mobile phone.
