Job Description:

  • Identify and onboard B2B channel partners including individuals, gyms, wellness centers, and other healthcare affiliates to drive referrals and scan/test bookings.
  • Plan and execute B2C marketing activities across residential communities (RWAs) using impactful marketing materials to boost awareness and conversions.
  • Drive on-ground marketing initiatives (BTL) targeting specific customer segments to grow our user base in key areas.
  • Take full ownership of conversion metrics and ROI from offline marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong community-level brand presence and grow patient acquisition through consistent, high-impact outreach.
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets as per business goals.

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and the local language.
  • Prior experience with BTL activities and RWA marketing is preferred.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on-ground across different locations.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and a mobile phone.
