Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, based in either Pune or Delhi (Preference will be given to candidates based out of Pune).

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging and relevant content, optimizing campaigns for performance, and analyzing audience engagement. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and staying updated on emerging trends and digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and implementing digital marketing campaigns
  • Preference will be given to candidates with strong YouTube and Instagram Organic growth track record.
  • Strong Content Strategy development and delivery skills
  • Excellent Communication abilities for effective messaging and engagement
  • Proven experience in analyzing campaign performance and improving social media strategies
  • A keen understanding of audience engagement techniques
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and marketing platforms for campaign tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
